Can't afford to totally redecorate? Or don't want to?  Maybe just need a little change in your room? Check out the lamps and shades! New lamps can give you a new look!--Really! Or maybe you don't want to change your lamps--you have very good ones and want to keep them! You might just need some new shades! Could they improve the look of your room? Maybe bring it a little more up to date?  Today's contemporary lampshade styles are straighter than those traditional sloped ones--go a little modern! So--if your lamps are good but the shades are old, dated, or worn, look for new shades! You might even want to bring in a change of color.

Maybe you do need new lamps. A new lamp or two is a lot more economical than buying a whole new set of furniture! Or maybe you have found new lamps but don't like the shades--a lot of shades in the stores today are plain, boring and often  poorly made. Or perhaps you have inherited a pair of treasured antique lamps--even just one can be a valuable asset! But the shades are old, tattered, stained, or missing altogether. Maybe you like to haunt the antique shops, looking for good finds, and there is a beautiful lamp with either no shade, an old shade or a horribly looking new one that someone stuck on it for convenience! Buy the lamp, and get a shade that will give it the look it deserves!
